Quality Retail Systems, Inc. (QRS) is an independent
point of sale (POS) and copier dealership located in
upstate NY. QRS is a leading supplier of cash registers,
copiers, fax machines, and POS equipment to customers in
upstate NY, Vermont, and Western MA. QRS also
specializes in repairs of circuit boards, printers,
monitors, keyboards, scanners, cash drawers, touch
screens, and more for customers worldwide. QRS is an
authorized dealer and customer care center for Epson,
HP, Javelin, Micros, PSC, and Ricoh products.
QRS was established in 1989 with a strong commitment to
provide the highest quality products and services to all
of its’ customers. This commitment has fueled the growth
of the company from its’ inception. QRS has established
itself as one of the largest independent POS companies
in all of New England.
QRS is proud to be New England’s only independent dealer
of Point of Sale (POS) systems for MICROS Hospitality
(Table service, Quick service, Fast Casual, Hotel food &
beverage, and Leisure & Entertainment) and we are the
most experienced provider of hospitality technology in
upstate NY, Vermont, and Western MA.
QRS has been serving the hospitality POS industry for
19+ years. Our 45+ employees have a combined 350+ years
of service in the hospitality POS industry. Our
competent, professional sales staff was carefully
selected from the hospitality industry so they
understand the needs of independent restaurateurs. Our
installation and support staff has 60+ years experience
of providing knowledgeable training and support. Our
technical service staff has 250+ years experience with
on-site repair, bench repair, and depot repair. QRS
provides service and support 24 hours per day, seven
days per week. The service, support, and management
personnel are all equipped with cell phones, resulting
in instant access to a very comprehensive knowledge
base. QRS support staff provides immediate telephone
assistance.
While many other vendors have come and gone, QRS has
continually been successful and we are profitable and
debt free, thereby ensuring your future with our
products.
QRS is still supporting legacy MICROS systems we sold to
our customers 19 years ago. No other vendor in our
marketplace can make the same claim. Many of our
customers come to us after investing in a low-cost
competitive system only to be disappointed by lack of
service and support, or worse, their POS system is
obsolete or their vendor has gone out of business.
QRS has been a leading provider of RICOH copier, fax,
and wide format products since 1995 with over 1000 units
installed in upstate NY and Vermont.
