ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE Apply for this Position
Prospects, investigates and surveys, demonstrates, negotiates, and closes sales. Maintains follow up to insure continued customer satisfaction. Reports to the Sales Manager.
BENCH TECHNICIAN Apply for this Position
Performs repair and maintenance of microcomputer equipment, printers, touchscreens and related equipment. Diagnoses, services repairs and maintains microcomputer equipment to the board component level including related POS equipment and printers. Maintains records of maintenance repairs; controls inventory of spare parts. Assists in evaluation of new equipment to be supported by the maintenance department. Trains other staff in maintenance, operation and repair techniques. Coordinated work with other areas and vendors as needed. Reports to the Repair Center Manager
COPIER FIELD TECHNICIAN Apply for this Position
Supports all Ricoh Copiers in the field. System support primarily includes Software Applications and Operating Systems, with research of software, then hardware repair (in the field or in-shop). Hardware includes all Ricoh Copiers, Fax Machines, Wide Format. Available for On-Call hours (around the clock) and weekends. Includes company car, cell phone. Advanced senior technicians may be delegated to perform installs or software system upgrades. Reports to the Service Manager.
POS FIELD/HELP DESK TECHNICIAN- Apply for this Position
Supports all POS and Back Office systems, networks, by help desk, remote connect, and in the field. System support primarily includes Software Applications and Operating Systems, with research of software, then hardware repair (in the field or in-shop). Hardware includes POS terminals, all types of printers, cash drawers, magnetic card readers, scanners, scales, other POS peripherals, PCs and Servers. Available for On-Call hours (around the clock) and Saturday hours on a rotating schedule of approximately every fourth or fifth week. Includes company car, cell phone. Advanced senior technicians may be delegated to perform hardware installs or occasional software system upgrades. Reports to the Service Manager.
