Account Executive
The account executive prospects, investigates and surveys, demonstrates, negotiates, and closes sales. They also maintain follow up to ensure continued customer satisfaction. Bench Technician
Bench technicians perform repair and maintenance of microcomputer equipment, printers, touchscreens, and related equipment. They diagnose, service, repair, and maintain microcomputer equipment to the board component level, including related POS equipment and printers. Techs maintain records of maintenance repairs and control inventory of spare parts. They also assist in the evaluation of new equipment to be supported by the maintenance department and train other staff in maintenance, operation, and repair techniques. Expect to coordinate work with other areas and vendors as needed. Technicians report to the Repair Center Manager. Reach out for this position.
POS Field/Help Desk Technician
POS Field and Help Desk Technicians support all POS and back-office systems and networks by the help desk, remote connect, and in the field. System support primarily includes software applications and operating systems, with research of software, then hardware repair in the field or in-shop. Hardware includes POS terminals, all types of printers, cash drawers, magnetic card readers, scanners, scales, other POS peripherals, PCs, and servers. Repair technicians must be available for on-call hours around the clock and Saturday hours on a rotating schedule of approximately every fourth or fifth week. This job will include a company computer and cell phone. Advanced senior technicians may be delegated to perform hardware installs or occasional software system upgrades.
